Yes. Our practitioners are all highly qualified, fully trained and government accredited physiotherapists. Additionally, all physiotherapists must be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia1.

Find Out More

Liz Bennett has worked for 20 years as a Physiotherapist and yoga teacher with a background of study in acupuncture. She is one of few Physiotherapists in Sydney who is also a Yoga Therapist. Her training means she is specialised in teaching yoga to help alleviate the symptoms of injuries and chronic illnesses.

Liz uses hands on treatment and tools to manage underlying factors and help you move beyond your symptoms, aiming to help you achieve the best long term outcome from physical therapy. Consultations incorporate soft-tissue techniques, massage, exercises, movement and posture retraining, coupled with take- home advice. And if you want to start a yoga practice to alleviate pain and stiffness, to move, breathe, meditate and feel better – or if you are returning to yoga while recovering from injury or illness – you may benefit from an individualised, balanced yoga approach. If so, a combined approach of Yoga Therapy and Physiotherapy, or Clinical Pilates, with Liz may be for you.
