  • Intro/chat, a 20min+ meditation (depending on your comfort level with the practice) + a debrief/ tips for taking your meditation experience into your week.

7 x Mindfulness Meditations

  • 45min over 7 weeks $420
  • 7 guided sessions (start or deepen your meditation practice).

About James

A daily meditator for the last 7 years, James is a registered Mindfulness Meditation Teacher in Australia. He recently completed a Science-Based Mindfulness Meditation Teaching Certification and a Vedic Meditation course.

James has spent much of the last 20 years in the creative industries in the USA, the UK and Australia and is an exhibiting fine artist and mindfulness devotee.

His meditations focus on general mindfulness techniques (informed by the various schools) rather than any one style and they aim to help the meditator find what works best for them.
